Locums CRNA for 8/24-9/7, 9/22-10/5, 10/20-11/2. The person will need to come in on 8/23 for orientation.….until a perm is hired.
25 beds, 4 labor and delivery ! rooms, 4 ICU rooms
No off site locations ASC’s cath labs, or IR
Surgeons oversee CRNA.
Call is Beeper
Daily hours and start times normally 7am-3pm
Types of cases the provider is required to do: General bread and butter, OB, eyes
Someone completely proficient and able to do eyes, OB including epidurals, and general surgery.
At least 50 epidurals in the last 2 years.
They will be the only anesthesia staff on site when they are working
Surgeons oversee the CNRAs
Do not do blocks, only MAC for eyes
Must be able to show case logs and documented proof of proficiency
TEE proficiency or certification not required
DEA and CDS are not required
