Job Summary
Administers intravenous, inhaled, regional and other anesthetics to render patients insensible to pain during medical or surgical procedures.

Essential Functions

• Maintains anesthetics at required levels and supports life functions during the administrations of anesthesia, under the supervision of a licensed Anesthesiologist.
• Provides quality anesthesia care to patients in accordance with CMC-Lincoln polices, procedures and professional anesthesia practices.
• Maintains clinical and professional competencies as appropriate to the needs of the patient being served.
• Provides anesthesia care to patients of all ages.

Physical Requirements
Requires standing, walking, bending, stooping, sitting and working in confined positions. Lifting, pulling and pushing heavy objects. Requi! res the ability to talk, hear and feel with fingers. Requires ! close visual efforts.

Education, Experience and Certifications
NC RN licensure required. Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia required. CRNA licensure required. ACLS preferred.
