Starting salary at 139K (depending on experience call included in pay) 1:3 call, 3 weeks on/ 1 week off schedule. + 20 PTO days(more after year 3) + 1 week CME, 3 OR\'s, 1 MD (2 on staff-rotate) 3 CRNA\'s, Gen, B&B, Ortho, OB, C- Section, MD\'s do Epidurals, some Healthy Peds ENT, no cardiac/neuro. Prefer candidate who is proficient in Regionals, but will train. $1500 CME allowance, medical (hospital covers majority of premium), dental and vision are voluntary. 403b plan with 5% match (starts after 6 months), however you can start on the plan day 1. After 6 months LTD is paid by hospital, STD is offered. Can purchase up to 4x salary on Life Insurance. 50% off medical care at facility for employee or immediate family member.
