If you'll become our Head of Operations you'll be developing and executing operational strategies, overseeing day-to-day operations, and leading cross-functional teams. You will work closely with the founders and play a big role in setting up operations in new EU countries.

Key responsibilities:
- You'll develop and execute Aquablu's operational strategies in line with the overall business objectives. Monitoring and reporting on KPIs will make sure that operations will meet our targets.
- You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including supply chain management, logistics, production, and quality control.
- Together with the founders, you'll work to develop and implement the company's expansion strategy in new EU countries.
- You're going to work together with different departments including; production, finance, and customer success.
- You'll identify and implement process improvements to make sure we get the most out of our work and with that, help us reduce our costs.
- And most of all, you're ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

About You:
- You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in operations, and a bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You've been through the process of setting up operations in new EU countries. (and know how to run this).
- You love the idea of working in a young, energetic, and dynamic environment. You consider yourself tech-savvy and innovative, and you always look for new ways to work smarter and more efficiently.
- You are not afraid of facing problems but see them as exciting challenges. Cracking codes and thinking of solutions is what you live for.
- You have experience with and enjoy working with hardware.
- You know how to run production and logistics processes.
- Knowledge of Dutch regulations, able to advise on complex compliance matters. International experience is a big plus.
- You're fluent in English, Dutch is "great to have", but not a "need to have".
- Valid EU visa holder.
